Infusion Trade Portal Allows Infusion users to provide their customers with secure access to a web portal providing a range of self-help services.
Your Customers will be able to login via a secure web portal and access copies of invoices and statements, view purchase history, check product availability. Additionally your customers will be able to generate their own Quotes, and then convert these to orders, and download personalised price files.
If your customers use Fergus, Simpro, or Infusion and other additionally support formats they will be able to download their invoices from you directly to their own system.
